This iconic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places made history of its own in 2015 as the largest office asset sale to date in the prestigious Midtown South area of Manhattan.

Led by Darcy Stacom, the deal for the 29 story, 2.3 million sq. ft. office building totaled $2.6 billion, with $300 million included in lease-stipulated improvements.

The property, situated between East 24^th and 25^th Streets, is renowned for its art deco design, Alabama limestone exterior and elegantly appointed main lobby.
