Darcy Stacom led the team that arranged the $266 million sale of 140 Riverside Boulevard, a 354-unit apartment tower on the Upper West Side to A&E Real Estate on behalf of  Equity Residential.

Offering views of the Hudson River and direct access to the Hudson River Park system, the tower includes commercial space leased to the Dwight School, high-end amenities that include a gym, interior courtyard and multiple tenant lounges, and close proximity to Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, and Central Park.
