Oxford Properties contracted with a team led by Darcy Stacom to arrange the purchase of its 33-story luxury office tower in Manhattan’s Plaza District, 450 Park Avenue, by SL Green Realty Corp., Manhattan’s largest office landlord, for $445 million from Oxford Properties.

Designed by Emery Roth and located at the prestigious corner of 57th Street and Park Avenue, the Class A building offers 337,000 square feet of office and retail space and will house the first Manhattan showroom for UK luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin. Other tenants include Banco Bradesco, BDT Capital Partners and Oxford Properties.
