Known as the largest single asset real estate transaction in history, the monumental sale of Stuyvesant Town – Peter Cooper Village marked another record-breaking achievement for Darcy Stacom.  

Spanning 80 acres along the East River between 14^th and 23^rd Streets in Manhattan, the property contains 110 buildings with 11,232 apartments.

As Ms. Stacom stated in the New York Times, “To undertake a $5.4 billion deal took a concerted amount of effort. Most other deals are one building or two buildings – this was 110 of them.”
