Just three months after completing the sale of 140 Riverside Boulevard to A&E Real Estate on behalf of Equity Residential, a team led by Darcy Stacom arranged a $415 million transaction between the two companies for 160 Riverside Boulevard.

As Douglas Eisenberg, executive chairman of A&E Real Estate, noted in Commercial Observer, the two Riverside Boulevard transactions reflected the company’s strategy of expanding and diversifying its New York City portfolio, “especially in core Manhattan neighborhoods that have experienced significant rent growth over the course of the past year.”
