JPMorgan Chase and Hines contracted with Darcy Stacom to arrange the purchase of the 20-story office tower at 250 Park Avenue. Built in 1924, the property was purchased for $320 million from AEW Capital.
Renovated in 1980 and located between 46th and 47th Streets on Park Avenue, this iconic office building is a symbol of architectural excellence. The property is across the street from the JP Morgan Chase new headquarters being built on Park Avenue between47th and 48th Streets.
