Rising 77 stories into the Midtown Manhattan skyline, this 1.26 million sq ft building is one of a highly select group of New York buildings to have its own zip code.

The world-famous profile and desirability of location of the Chrysler Building is so compelling that when Darcy Stacom helped structure the deal, it was for the building tower alone, and not the land on which it is situated.

Named a National Historic Landmark and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, the Chrysler Building also had its facade and interior designated as New York City landmarks in 1978.
